COMPLEX SCAFFOLD GREENLAND

Greenland Centre team conducted a dry-run demonstration of the erection and dismantle methodology for the high risk cantilevered scaffold that will be installed on the northern elevation.

The demonstration provided the opportunity for the team to understand the steps involved in the activity and outline any key risks that require critical control measures to ensure the safety of all involved.

The complex scaffold design is required to provide safe and adequate access for the installation of the northern elevation façade which involves the installation of sizeable pre-modulated steel trusses and façade cladding which is a critical architectural detail for the building.

The findings of the demonstration assisted with the HSE High-Risk Workshop.
