Our Mental Health Month initiative involved all parts of the business through the various Mental Health awareness and training opportunities organised.

We wanted to provide people with different types of opportunities to be involved, here is a snapshot of what has occurred:


  • Mental Health online training for Managers

  • Two Mental Health Awareness Videos communicated to all employees

  • Probuild appointed as a participant in a WorkWell Mental Health Improvement Fund development program - more information to be released on this soon.


  • Promoted our MIC 'Connectors' on site. Also explained what a Connector and their role is.

  • MIC General Awareness Training scheduled.

  • Assure's EAP Briefing Session for Managers

  • MIC – Probuild attended the 9th annual charity lunch and ran sessions on site to promote mental health.


  • Anxiety and Depression Toolbox Talks conducted at all projects projects 

  • MIC General Awareness Training - scheduled in the New Year

  • Dr Jamieson conducted a health talk at Head Office and Greenland. Free 15 minute Health Checks, following on from the Health Talk delivered by Dr Jamieson 

  • Probuild provided free and confidential Brief Health Checks with a health practitioner on site and at Head Office.


  • Assure's EAP Briefing Session for Managers held late October

  • 3 x MIC General Awareness Training

  • 1 x Connector Training s


  • The HSE Team and the Senior Leadership Team held a subcontractor's breakfast, discussing mental health and introducing Incolink's new 'blue hats' program

  • Incolink Bluehats Training for projects to be scheduled

  • Cbus hosted a coffee cart at 311 Spencer Street, encouraging all people to talk about safety and mental health.

  • Assure EAP Awareness Session scheduled for Managers

Mental Health is something for every day so, don't forget to check in with your work mates on a regular basis - there are strangers around here and no harm in asking!
