KIRSTY EDWARDS & SARAH CUSCADDEN WIN NAWIC SAFETY LEADERSHIP AWARD

Congratulations to both Kirsty Edwards (Project Manager) and Sarah Cuscadden (Group HSE Manager) who were both recently awarded the safety leadership awards in Western Australia and Victoria.

Kirsty Edwards

Kirsty's positive leadership has enabled the team, including junior members, to increase their knowledge and understanding of the Probuild Health and Safety Management System and see very positive results.

Kirsty also strongly supported the delivery of various HSE initiatives focussing on operational risk, system improvements and behavioural change.

Sarah Cuscadden

Two years ago Probuild set out to transform health and safety. By partnering with amazing external parties and uncompromising internal support, Sarah develop, lead and shared a unique program of work (Building Safety Greatness), that transformed the approach and communication of health and safety. This program of work has now become a legacy with in the construction industry and the wider health and safety profession.
